Construction Project Management That Thinks Before It Builds
A. McBeth, Inc. manages capital construction projects from first idea to final closeout. We pressure-test the plan, surface execution risks, and find the gaps before they find your budget.
Let’s Talk“If the plan isn’t ready, the project isn’t ready.”

What We Do
Planning & Preconstruction
We pressure-test the approach before it’s locked in. Scope validation, risk identification, and schedule reality checks, before ground breaks.
Construction Oversight
On-site accountability from first shovel to final closeout. We keep execution aligned with the plan and surface problems before they surface your budget.
Program Management
Multi-project coordination for capital programs. We manage the portfolio view so individual projects don’t derail the bigger picture.
We also provide services as an owner’s representative and project consultant for your capital portfolio. See the full breakdown of what we do.
Meet the Catalyst
A. McBeth, Inc. was founded by Anthony McEvoy, a civil engineer who spent years on every side of the table: contractor, engineer, owner’s rep. That cross-industry range isn’t a winding resume. It’s the reason we see what single-industry teams overlook.
